Exploring the Magical Forest
Entering the forest following the map’s guidance, the player will automatically explore mysterious areas. Four squares at the bottom of the screen correspond to the player’s four main actions: fight, run, magic, and items. When encountering demons in the forest, the player chooses the fight option. Exploring the Diverse Map
Brave Story has many areas to explore, including three main regions: Carbine Forest, Cleaver Desert, and Mastiff Castle. True to their names, each location holds its own secrets. Carbine Forest is a dense jungle where demons mutated from animals reside. Cleaver Desert is a desert surrounded by sand dunes, featuring protruding rock caves and small trees. Mastiff Castle is a desolate castle with walls built of moss-covered gray stone.
